We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.
- Final-sale items and accessories worn against the skin (e.g. intimates) can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
How to start a return
- Contact us through our Contact page with your order number.
- We'll reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or wrong item?
Let us know within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
